Norah Ukoh joined Gimbs and Gebs in May 2026 as Head, Business Development. She is a seasoned business development and operations professional with over a decade of experience spanning hospitality, finance, client relationship management, and strategic business growth.

Throughout her career, Norah has demonstrated a strong ability to build and maintain valuable business relationships, identify growth opportunities, and support organizations in achieving their strategic objectives. Her experience combines commercial insight with operational efficiency, making her highly effective in driving sustainable business development initiatives.

Before joining Gimbs and Gebs, Norah worked with Ibom Icon Hotel & Golf Resort, where she served in finance and operations roles including Income Auditor and General Cashier. In these positions, she was responsible for revenue auditing, financial reporting, compliance monitoring, cash management, and operational controls. Her dedication, professionalism, and exceptional performance earned her several awards and recognitions for service excellence and integrity.

She also served as a Business Development Officer at Igoni Travels Ltd, where she played an active role in marketing, customer relationship management, strategic sales planning, and identifying profitable business opportunities. Earlier in her career, she gained professional accounting and administrative experience with Olaniyi Olulana & Co., supporting audit processes, VAT filings, and financial analysis.

Norah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from University of Calabar and possesses strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. She is passionate about building strong brands, fostering meaningful partnerships, and contributing to organizational growth through innovation, professionalism, and excellence.
