Egwu Inya joined Gimbs & Gebs Consulting in January 2024, bringing over two decades of international investment banking and private equity experience to strengthen the firm’s corporate finance and strategic advisory capabilities. He is also the Founder and Managing Director of Caledonia Strategic Advisory Limited, where he provides institutional-grade financial advisory services to UK SMEs and growth-focused organisations.

Inya has managed cross-border financial transactions totalling over £500 million across sectors including financial services, technology, telecommunications, healthcare, agribusiness, and manufacturing. His career spans senior roles in investment banking and private equity, where he managed SME investment funds, executed mergers and acquisitions transactions, structured large-scale capital raises, and oversaw multi-million-pound portfolio companies. Notable engagements include structuring major capital raises for banking acquisitions and expansion projects, and leading cross-border sell-side advisory mandates across West Africa.

He holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Dundee, an MBA, and a BSc in Accountancy. A dual-qualified Chartered Accountant with ICAEW and ICAN, he also holds the ICAEW Business Finance Professional (BFP) designation.

Inya specialises in business valuation, financial modelling, capital raising, transaction structuring, and financial restructuring advisory. His international experience provides clients with practical insight into cross-border transactions, governance, and sustainable growth strategies.
